How Vooh organizes teachers #

Vooh works by assigning a website for each teacher, this way each teacher ends up with a website called: https://[name teacher chooses without spaces, with no special characters].vooh.us

Why Vooh does it this way? #

Vooh gives each teacher a website name since a single student might be enrolled in different schools or tutoring centers using Vooh. Since the teacher assigns the login credentials for their students, it could cause interference between two entities with one of them having access to data of another institution.

How to sign up? #

To sign up, please follow these steps:

• Go to https://vooh.us > Choose  icon > Enter the website name that you will want your students to use in the pop-up
  • Do not add vooh.us to the site name, so if you would like your site to be named: https://myschool.vooh.us, please enter myschool with no spaces and no special characters

• You will be referred to a registration page, you will be needed to enter the following information:
  • School Name: This is the name of your tutoring center, it will appear in e-mails and notifications sent to the students
  • Domain: You can no longer modify this domain name, if you would like to choose a different domain, go back to the home page and repeat steps from the beginning. Very important not to forget this domain name, otherwise you will not be able to gain access again.
  • Name: Your personal name
  • E-mail Address: Make sure you do not forget this e-mail as it will be the only admin e-mail you will use to access your account. It is very important not to forget this e-mail address, otherwise you will not be able to gain access again.
  • Password: Use a secure password
  • Confirm Password: Repeat the same exact password you entered in the box above. Very important not to forget this password, otherwise you will not be able to gain access again.
  • Check the tick box to agree to our terms and conditions after carefully reading them and accepting

• You will then be referred to the login page, Use your e-mail and password to login that you just assigned
